Hey there bubble pals, went out for a morning dive around 9 ish. High tide, moderate waves 2-3 feet, minimal surge in the shallows out front of the boat launch. We headed out to the north wall and cruised the platue for awhile. Lot's of life out today. Found a large scopion fish perched on the wall. He was trying to blend in but we spotted him, clever us. Also seen 3 large octopi further north. A fiesty globe crab wanted to box us on the way back home. A moon snail was having it's way with a meal. It actually lifted the front part of it's tube foot and gulped somthing down right before our eyes, cool beans! I've never seen them do that. Many lobsters waving their antennas at us as well. very nice dive today. Viz in the canyon opened up to that nice blue color I love so much. A bit green through the shallows but still managable. Wind picked up around 10-10:30 creating some white caps just off shore. Glad to beat it to the the chase:) Hope to get out there again soon, awsome dive!!
