It was well worth calling it an early night this Fourth Of July to dive the Coronados Islands on the Humbolt. The fog in Mission Bay gave the boat about 20' vis! It was a little spooky going through the jetty but it turned into just a little overcast by the time we hit the open sea and was completely burned of by our second dive. There was a little energy to the water in regards to conditions but nothing too epic. About 20'-25' vis. I saw a California Sheephead eat a Brittle Star, a nice size California Scorpionfish, Moray with cleaner shrimps, California Seahares everywhere, and many others. I'm super glad I went on this trip. Thanks Humbolt dive boat and crew!
