Hey trippers. FYI, in case you didn't already know, there's a huge map of La Jolla's Underwater Park being built next to the restrooms on Vallecitos in La Jolla Shores. It's absolutely phenomenal, you all are going to be blown away. There's a ribbon cutting for it that's happening on Sept 12 at noon so if you're interested, come on by, it should be a pretty big deal.
Also, there is a large Fish ID board that will be hung on the bathroom wall adjacent to The Map that will help people identify the imbedded bronze fish within The Map. It will have local pictures taken by local underwater photographers and will be there for a year. After a year, a new one will be put up with new pictures so stay tuned on how to get your shot up there with your name on it. (It'll be seen by 2 million people next summer!) For this year, there's still a dozen or so that are needed so if anybody's interested or needs more info, reply to this post and I'll expand.
