A foggy morning that soon lifted before departing the dock. Our divers had some excellent dives at the Yukon and Kelp Beds off Point Loma.
Dive 1 Site: Yukon - Flat seas with mild surge. 57 degree thermoclime at about 60 feet with ~25' visibility on the wreck.
Moved to the Kelp Beds off Point Loma. At first sight the visibility looked great! This was soon confirmed by our divers.
Dive 2 Site: Table Tops - 45' depth and no thermoclime - 61 degrees top to bottom!! AND ~35' visibility with mild surge. Lobsters hiding all around.
Dive 3 Site: Bat Wing - 35' depth with same conditions. Plus at 35' depth one of our divers could see passengers on the boat looking over the edge.
Great conditions for diving.
