Well this is going to sound a bit silly but I have a foggy question. When I was in Catalina last weekend my new mask was a terrible foggy mess. So of coarse I scrubbed it with toothpaste 3 times over in hopes that this would get the latex gunk off. Well the next day Travis and I jumped off the boat and right away my mask was foggy! He offered to trade and I said what the heck but why wouldn't it fog on him as well right. hmmmm made the switch and no fog. I am scratching my head on this one. Any one have any idea why? I know it's a body temp thing but it's still strange. ps his mask is much more expensive, could better quality material for the mask skirt handle hotter body temps?

hey karma, there's some new scrub stuff from J.A.W.S. that's supposed to work pretty well, kind of like toothpaste for new masks. They also make some stuff called Spit (insert joke here), may be worth a try. Otherwise, maybe wear those fake long eyelashes and use 'em like windshield wipers.

You may be one of those folks who breathes out a lot from the nose while you dive - that could be a cause.....
