Hi there my fish luvin friends. I just returned from a trip on the new waterhorse charters dive boat "The Humbolt". Went out to Los Cornados (Mexico) for two dives. We got there in a speedy 1hour and 15minutes. First stop Lobster shack at north island. Viz 50ft or more, temp 71 on top with no chill at 60ft. The water was so blue and pretty. Plenty of fish for all to play with. Sea lions were out to play as well. Second dive we headed to middle grounds area to an unnamed spot. The decided name for this fabulous find is waterhorse point. Well at least that's what we are calling it. WOW! What a spot!!! There were ledges and outcroppins up and down the island. Little cracks and holes you could look through to the other side. If you are ever out on the Humbolt dive boat ask capitain Ryan to take you there, it rocks!!! Creatures seen spanish shawls, senioritas, perch, wrass, garabaldee, one large bass, brittle stars everywhere and very tasty looking very large scallops yumm! Any hoo get out to the islands guys it's been really nice. Yesterday was amazing diving out there as well. But that's another story now isn't it:) Any one else have cool spots to share for Los Cornados??
