Did three at the Islands today on the Humboldt. Ride out was nice. Lots of dolphins and a whale. First site was Keyhole. Vis was 35+ water temp was 55-60deg. We went south on the rock face until it beacame the overhang. Lots of cool life in that area. Just starting to see the purple hydracoral that is down deeper. Big eel on the top of the overhang in a deep crack. We jumped over to Lobstershack for number 2. A couple of people were snorkling while we waited out the rest of the interval and they got mobbed by 30+ sea lions from the rocks. Super funny "herd of doxen" stampede. Second dive had better vis and longer bottom time. Nothing super cool to report. Third dive we shot over to three fingers to swim and found the surface conditions pretty yucky so we went back to lobster shack. Jumped out to the wreck and saw lots of sculpin. From the wreck we went to look for things for the camera man (Peris) to take pictures of. Spent some time with the sealions and back on the boat. Ride home was rough as the wind had come up and we got bounced around. Hey at that point after such a great day a little bouncing does dampen the spirits to much. Thanks to Ryan, Anita, and Greg. Waterhorse charters continues to shine.:hurray:
